"Great Origins : Guatemala" Bar BIO

The Grand Cru Alta Verapaz cocoa blooms in northern Guatemala at an altitude of 600 m, on the edge of one of the richest biosphere reserves in Central America : the Sierra de Las Minas.



Behind this enhancement of the Alta Verapaz cocoa terroir is the APODIP fair trade project, which has been bringing together 350 families since 2019, including 150 cocoa producers.
